Should the client be unable to participate in the service, they must notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the excursion to be entitled to a full refund.

Minors under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. For any age-based discounts, please refer to the pricing schedule.

Tickets are valid only on the day of booking.

Reservation requests must be submitted in a timely manner within the designated booking period. In the event that reservations do not meet the minimum number required for departure,

 Sea Life reserves the right to announce the cancellation of the excursion within a 24-hour period.

Passengers are required to present themselves for boarding 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Sea Life reserves the right to modify itineraries and/or schedules in the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, force majeure, or technical-operational requirements. Such changes do not entitle the client to any refund.

It is strictly prohibited on board to:

• Engage in behavior or conduct that may disturb or inconvenience other passengers;
• Perform sales, sing, play an instrument, or similar activities on
  board, or offer services or companionship to other passengers;
• Smoke;
• Carry flammable, explosive, corrosive, or otherwise dangerous materials, including oxygen cylinders, compressed air, gas, or similar items in your luggage;
• Discard any objects into the sea.

Sea Life shall not be liable for any loss or damage to persons or property resulting from behavior that violates these terms and conditions.

Any complaints shall be resolved directly between the parties involved.  Should a passenger notice any deficiencies or irregularities in the service provided by Sea Life, they may write to: tropeasealife@gmail.com

In accordance with Article 13 of EC Regulation No. 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data, Sea Life, as the data controller, informs that the personal data provided by the passenger will be processed solely for purposes directly related to managing the contractual relationship and the provision of services, including through secure and confidential information systems.

For all matters not provided for in these conditions of carriage, the provisions of the Navigation Code, the Civil Code, and other applicable laws shall apply.before the start of the excursion
