🚤 Terms & Conditions of Carriage

These conditions govern the services offered by Sea Life (the Carrier). Participation in the excursion implies full acceptance of these terms.

 

1. 🎟️ Tickets, Bookings, & Refunds

ConditionDetail
Ticket ValidityTickets are valid only on the day of booking.
Full Refund PolicyThe client must notify us of cancellation at least 48 hours before the excursion starts to be eligible for a full refund.
Minimum Quorum CancellationSea Life reserves the right to announce the cancellation of an excursion up to 24 hours prior if reservations do not meet the required minimum number for departure.
Booking WindowReservation requests must be submitted promptly within the designated booking period.

2. ⏳ Boarding & Passenger Rules

 

  • Check-in Time: Passengers must present themselves for boarding 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

  • Minors: Minors under 12 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult. Please consult the pricing schedule for any age-based discounts.

 

3. ⛈️ Itinerary Changes & Liability

 

Sea Life reserves the right to modify itineraries and/or schedules due to:

  • Unfavorable weather or sea conditions.

  • Force majeure events.

  • Technical or operational requirements.

Important: Such changes do not entitle the client to any refund.

 

4. 🚫 Strictly Prohibited On Board

 

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, the following actions are strictly forbidden:

  • Engaging in behavior that may disturb or inconvenience others.

  • Performing sales, singing, playing instruments, or offering services/companionship to other passengers.

  • Smoking on board.

  • Carrying flammable, explosive, corrosive, or otherwise dangerous materials (including oxygen/gas cylinders) in luggage.

  • Discarding any objects into the sea.

Sea Life shall not be liable for any loss or damage to persons or property resulting from violations of these terms.

 

5. 📧 Complaints & Data Privacy

 

  • Submitting a Complaint: Should a passenger notice any deficiencies or irregularities in the service, they may write to: tropeasealife@gmail.com

  • Dispute Resolution: Any complaints shall be resolved directly between the parties involved.

 

Data Protection (GDPR)

 

In accordance with EC Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), Sea Life (as the data controller) informs that the personal data provided by the passenger will be processed solely for purposes directly related to managing the contractual relationship and providing the services, utilizing secure and confidential systems.

 

6. ⚖️ Governing Law

 

For all matters not explicitly covered by these conditions of carriage, the provisions of the Navigation Code, the Civil Code, and other applicable laws shall apply.
